Image is an integral part of personal branding – how we dress, how we carry ourselves, what impression we give to others. In this segment, participants will be guided on how to dress appropriately, how to maximize on their strengths, so they can look good and feel great all the time!

Participants will learn:

  • How to make use of their current assets so they can look good, feel great all the time
  • How to dress to impress by understanding their own body shape
  • 5 ways to make a brilliant first impression without having to spend a lot of money
  • What are the image enhancers, and image destroyers

This workshop is specially designed to polish the image of company personnel and individuals. It is to inculcate in and impress upon the participants the importance of developing the RIGHT image of themselves to the people they meet.

Self-hypnosis is just one tool that has proven to be especially effective and easy to use anytime you wish to relax, to relieve stress or tension and to just make yourself feel great.

Learn to program any specific goal you want and for all goals large and small, for example to smile more frequently or to improve work performance. It is important to understand that your mind is not in control. You are in control of your mind.

There is no way to get the dark out of room other than to let light in. The only way to get stress out of your being is to let in relaxation. You cannot be relaxed and stressful at the same time. When you relax for a period of time every day, you moderate stress. By moderating it, you reduce its negative effect. When you are relaxed, all your energies are flowing properly and in accord with one another. You are in balance.
